The 2025 UIM World Jet Boat Championships is a fully sanctioned event. As part of this sanctioning, Jet Boat Racing Canada has the authority to temporarily close specific sections of the river to ensure the safety of race teams, spectators, and the surrounding communities.

Safety for our spectators, community and race teams are our number one priority. To be safe stay off the river. Starting now exercise extreme caution while using the river. There will be race teams testing and pre running the race course at fast speeds. Thank you for your understanding.
